Guest Bathroom

Guest Bath Update

Good Evening!!  I am sorry it has taken so long for me to post the update on our Guest Bathroom.  I am having issues with BlogSpot...Please let me know if you are getting an error code or know what I can do to fix it...I have googled it and not had any luck. Ugh...

Anyway on with the Guest Bath..our guest bath is also our daughter's bathroom.  So I decided to create a Shabby Chic look.  I Love it and so does our daughter!!
It all started with the shower curtain!!

It is made with 95% items I already had.  I Love how it turned out...creams & white.
Here are a few close up photos...

I also added a mini chandelier to the space..

Across from the toilet I hung a vintage mirror & collection of towels..

In keeping with the vintage feel I changed out the hardware to glass knobs..

Above the toilet I added a few accessories..

As you can see from the photos..the vanity is in a separate area..I added new wall art.  I Love this old window...

If you have followed my blog you know there is already a tin ceiling in the space..

I also changed a few things up on the vanity...added a lamp, tray & accessories..

It is such a pretty bathroom and I really love the soft colors...it was Pottery Barn Kids..Lots of pink!! LOL
I hope you like the updates as much as I do.  Feel free to ask any questions you might have. Also, If you are having trouble commenting please let me know via Facebook Page

Thanks!

Open Shelving

Open Shelving

Good Evening!!!  Sorry for such a long delay in posts..I hope to get back on track by posting once a week.

If you have been following me on Facebook or Pinterest you know by now that I Love open shelving.  I finally got open shelving for our breakfast nook.  I purchased mine thru Ballard Designs..

I chose Black but they also carry white.
I hung mine above a dresser I refinished..was my mom's when she was a child.

I added several items I already had & purchased a few. I Love Ironstone dishes so of course I had to add that.
Here are a few close up photos of all my accessories.

As you can see I use cream & black in the breakfast nook area..the there are a few splashes of red I just decided to keep it simple on the shelves.

Stay tuned...I am working on our outdoor spaces & our guest bathroom.  Will be posting both soon!!

Hope you have a great weekend.

Happy Decorating.
